We are trying to add credit card but we cannot

Can you please PM your customerId? That will help us diagnose the problem.
Meanwhile, can you also try adding your credit card again? This looks like an intermittent problem.

I cannot PM you the customer id there’s no option for me to send a DM

You can click on my name and then click Message to send private message.

BTW, can you try re-adding your credit card, and see if the issue persists?
