Is there any Support? There are many BUGS AND ISSUES on Vectara

  1. Vectara - 404 Error
  2. Discord page: unreadable, since the background makes all text illegible. ( see SCR-20250119-jvad hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB)
  3. Add Team member feature: not adding member. Team Member instructions email throw user for loop, never allows adding of Team Member.
  4. No Phone, No Chat.
    I’m going to stop here, there’s more. I added a credit card to my account, maybe it needs that. Anyway, folks at Vectara: stop what you’re doing. Fix your UX, customer service, your basics. After that, go back to your regular jobs. That or else you won’t have jobs in a few months or years because you will have competition for your service soon enough and if you continue with the shoddy UX they will simply leave. (Unless I’m missing something here, which I fear I am…) Thanks.
