I tried logging in and now I’m getting this:```Couldn’t log in

It worked like hour ago… I was developing on forked create-ui repo with my 3rd party coding assistant AI

same for me trying to use console from about 1 hour ago :frowning:
but REST APIs still okay;

https://status.vectara.com says all fine.

I seem to be seeing the same issue at the moment. I was logged in 20 minutes ago, then when I tried to log in again I got that error.

@Waleed_Kadous can you share your customer id? It should be in your welcome emails.

Also, can you try incognito mode and let us know if the issue still persists.

Customer id: 4218624957. Tried incognito, same issue.

I only get the error if I tried to log in as an account admin. If I try to log in as a team member, it works.

OK let me see, I don’t see any particular error with the account on the first glance, checking in detail.

Can you try to reset your password ? see if that helps

Having login error as well for a specific member of my team. Is there anyone I can contact directly to get this resolved. We already reset the password.

Hi Edwin,

The system overall is working fine, so we’ll need more information to help debug the issue you are facing. Can you send:

  1. the username and customer id you are trying to login as as a private message to me?
  2. in the browser, open the inspect page. try logging in. if it fails, please share screnshots of “console” and “network” tabs in the inspect page. this will help us debug incase the issue is on the frontend, and requests aren’t making it to our backend.
