How to delete documents based on a metadata filter

Hi, is it possible to delete documents by using document metadata to filter what documents I delete. This would be much more convenient than using document id and would help with batch deletion calls.

If this is not possible is it possible to get a list of document ids that is in my corpora by using a document metadata filter?

“Get a list of document ids based on a filter” is an internally discussed feature. It surely makes sense. Unfortunately there is no ETA yet.

Thanks for the reply! I highly recommend implementing this feature. Without it how are we supposed to delete documents?
