Hi,

I tried to create my own corpus, replicating the video with the state of the union that Vectara provided (How to make a Vectara Create-UI chatbot use the MockingBird LLM in it's summarization?)

when I ask the question “what does the president says about the economy”, I get an “INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR”.

Whatever question I asks, it’s the same.

I tried to create other corpus, and I systematically run into the same issue.

Any idea what is going on?

Hi,

Can you share your customer ID so we can look into this? Also, are you using API to create the corpus or the Console?

You mean this number : 3121698127

And no, I don’t use the API, I just tried to do everything from Vectara’s website. Tried with .txt and .html files.

So I checked that you could successfully create a corpus and insert some documents.

Can you give me the corpus key for which you are facing the error on the query? Also please share a screenshot of the error you get when querying or creating a new corpus.

If you can share an API response from the Network tab, that would be extra help.

Update: We have fixed the issue can you please re-check and let us know?

Hi Ibrahim,

it now works both with mockingbird and gpt 3.5. all the GPT 4 do not work, but I suppose that’s because I’m on a free plan.

Thanks a lot for the speed at which you react, I’ll try know with my own files.

in any case, Vectara is a great idea.
