I have a question, if my corpus questions or information is being stored or used by Vectara, I am planning to use the Vectara Answer App on my website and I need to create a privacy policy so I need to know if Vectara will have access to people’s questions that they may ask the semantic search.
Vectara only stores metadata about end user queries (how long they took, how many queries you’ve run, etc) for billing and high-level analytics purposes. We do not record the actual text of the search.
