Issue with personal API key

I have an issue with my personal API key. I tried using the corpora endpoint of the v2 API via the PythonSDK using my personal API key. I was running into issues where none of the payload params had any effect. I was always just getting the same 10 results. I’m creating a separate ticket for the specific issues with the endpoint.
I then tried to regenerate my personal API key, which produced a API key limit reached error. I then tried to disable my personal API key followed by regenerating it. That produced the same error and also resulted in the console not showing a personal API key anymore, though the enabled tag is still there. Using the previous API key now produces 401 errors, so it seems to have been disabled on the backend.
Question: how can I get a new personal API key?

It seems like the api key might be in a bad state. Can you share your Vectara customerId and the email that you used to create the account, so we can check?
